Few lines of Gitanjali

The word gitanjali is composed from “geet”, song, and “anjali”, offering, and thus means – “An offering of songs”; but the word for offering, anjali, has a strong devotional connotation, so the title may also be interpreted as “prayer offering of song”

Menace

Criminal acts intended or calculated to provoke a state of terror in the general public, a group of persons or particular persons for political purposes are in any circumstance unjustifiable, whatever the considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked to justify them.

The causes of terrorism suggested include “poverty,” “inequality,” “globalization,” “technology,” “energy,” “oil,” “Islam,” “Islamic fundamentalism,” and “psychopathy,” among others.

There are also widespread challenges to each of these causes on both scientific and ideological grounds.

In general, research shows that there are three basic forms of terrorism

1. international terrorism

2. Domestic terrorism

3. transnational terrorism .

However, each basic form is also comprised of other sub-types that largely inform their basis.

The goal of terrorism generally is to destroy the public’s sense of security in the places most familiar to them. Major targets sometimes also include buildings or other locations that are important economic or political symbols, such as embassies or military installations.

Terrorism impacts individuals, communities, and society on multiple levels. Through acute and chronic symptoms of anxiety and depression, changes in health-related behaviors, or long-term strain and tension, its impact reaches many aspects of health and health care.

Terrorism is often, though not always, defined in terms of four characteristics:

(1) the threat or use of violence

(2) a political objective; the desire to change the status quo

(3) the intention to spread fear by committing spectacular public acts

(4) the intentional targeting of civilians.

8 Signs of Terrorism

  • Surveillance. Terrorists will likely observe a chosen target during the planning phase of an operation.
  • Inquiries.
  • Tests of Security.
  • Fundraising.
  • Acquiring Supplies.
  • Suspicious/Out-Of-Place Behavior.
  • Dry Runs.
  • Deploying Assets/Getting Into Position.

Terrorist tactics

There are six basic types of tactics that terrorist groups have used: hijackings, kidnappings, bombings, assassinations, armed assaults, and barricade-hostage incidents. A group’s objectives and organizational capabilities dictate which tactics it uses.

The Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002 (POTA) was an Act passed by the Parliament of India in 2002, with the objective of strengthening anti-terrorism operations. The Act was enacted due to several terrorist attacks that were being carried out in India and especially in response to the attack on the Parliament.

People may be provoked towards terrorism because of their family background and due to the hard situations faced by them. But still there are people who do terrorism for purpose .

I pray for a peaceful world.☮️

Paranoid

An unrealistic distrust of others or a feeling of being persecuted. Extreme degrees may be a sign of mental illness.

Symptoms of paranoia

Some identifiable beliefs and behaviors of individuals with symptoms of paranoia include mistrust, hypervigilence, difficulty with forgiveness, defensive attitude in response to imagined criticism, preoccupation with hidden motives, fear of being deceived or taken advantage of, inability to relax, or are argumentative.

Cause of Paranoia

The two most common causes of problematic paranoia are mental health problems and drug use. Paranoia can be a feature of many mental health problems, including depression and bipolar disorder, but it is most commonly associated with psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia.

How can paranoia be cured?

Treatment of paranoia is usually via medication and cognitive behavioural therapy. The most important element in treating paranoia and delusional disorder, is building a trusting and collaborative relationship to reduce the impact of irrational fearful thoughts and improving social skills.

Dealing with a paranoid person

Encourage him to follow his treatment program. Speak clearly – Simple sentences and unambiguous words reduce the chance of being misinterpreted.Be accepting, yet firm – Delusions are very real to the person having them. Don’t confront the person about their beliefs or attempt to help him reality-test.

They may mistrust others and remain often in a state of suspicion. Minor feelings of paranoia are common, but severe paranoia can cause significant fear and anxiety and can have a pronounced effect on social functioning.

Thank you 😊

Human life is heavenly , enjoy !

Madness

“There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness.” “No great mind has ever existed without a touch of madness.” “My wish is that you may be loved to the point of madness.”

It contains two components: “mental functioning” and “deviation.” In Madness in Literature,Lillian Feder writes: “The connection among all these [forms of madness] is a concern — however primitive or sophisticated — with mind, with deviation of some norm or thought and feeling, whether as a threat,or a challenge .

Insanity, madness, and craziness are terms that describe a spectrum of individual and group behaviors that are characterized by certain abnormal mental or behavioral patterns. Insanity can be manifest as violations of societal norms, including a person or persons becoming a danger to themselves or to other people.

Symptoms of madness in adults

  • Confused thinking
  • Long-lasting sadness or irritability
  • Extremely high and low moods
  • Excessive fear, worry, or anxiety
  • Social withdrawal
  • Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping habits
  • Strong feelings of anger
  • Delusions or hallucinations(seeing or hearing things that are not really there)
  • Increasing inability to cope with daily problems and activities
  • Thoughts of suicide
  • Denial of obvious problems
  • Many unexplained physical problems
  • Abuse of drugs and/or alcohol

It’s rare, but the feeling of “going crazy” could truly stem from a developing mental illness. “They are temporarily, at least, losing their ability to make sense of things. They’re feeling overwhelmed,” Livingston says.

An idol mind is devils workshop so always be happy and enjoy life with positive attitude…..

We are all creation of God so believe that God will be always with us and go head….

Thank you ,be happy !

Face all worries with a smile. Bury them with smile…

Vivekananda – The Most Powerful person ever in the world..

Swami Vivekananda, born Narendranath Datta, was an Indian Hindu monk. He was a chief disciple of the 19th-century Indian mystic Ramakrishna.

Born: 12 January 1863, kolkata

Died: 4 July 1902, Belur math , Howrah

Full name: Narendra Nath Datta

Guru: Ramakrishna paramahamsa

Ramakrishna Paramahamsa

After many such tests, Narendra started accepting Ramakrishna as his spiritual teacher. He remained with Ramakrishna till Ramakrishna’s death in 1886. In the five years since 1882, he closely observed Ramakrishna and took spiritual teachings from him. Ramakrishna found Narendra a Dhyana-sidha (expert in meditation).

Swami Vivekananda is best known for his groundbreaking speech to the 1893 World’s Parliament of Religions in which he introduced Hinduism to America and called for religious tolerance.

His meditations.

He described “meditation” as a bridge that connects human soul to the God. He defined “meditation” as a state “when the mind has been trained to remain fixed on a certain internal or external location, there comes to it the power of flowing in an unbroken current, as it were, towards that point.”

Trataka Meditation

This technique is a wonderful way to train your eyes to relax, softly closed, while you focus between your eyebrows. It especially benefits anyone who sits in front of a computer all day, which weakens the eye muscles significantly over time. In fact, children today will probably all be wearing glasses at an early age if they continue to stare at monitors all day, especially without filters. This is the best way to train your child to focus while they also strengthen their eyes.

He have had great success treating children who were completely out of control just by teaching them how to focus on an object. He also had them write down all their associations during these short sessions as part of their reading and writing skills training. All the children whom he have been lucky enough to teach this method to have been helped enormously. Their grades improved significantly.Even if you are not trying this technique, it is relaxing to have a candle burning in a dark room when you first begin to meditate.

Until you have practiced and relaxed your mind enough to pay attention to what you are doing, having your eyes closed can be helpful. But as you continue your practice, you will definitely want to be able to meditate with your eyes open without being distracted by your surroundings. We are each filled with light in the same way as a candle. When we enter into meditation, it is not uncommon to see a bright white light between the eyebrows. Just relax and absorb it. Don’t be afraid of the images your mind brings into focus.

Swami Vivekananda, a spiritual idol for millions, devoted his life to contemplation. In his entire journey, he kept himself away from worldly pleasures. We present to you a collection of some all-time famous quotes by Swami Vivekananda in this Quotabulary article.

Swami Vivekananda had an enormous inclination towards spirituality and the existence of god. As he plunged into this life of contemplation, he adopted a rationale behaviour in reviving and promoting Hinduism in India. Although this great personality died in the year 1902, his teachings continue to spread knowledge and enlighten people. His vision and thoughtfulness was spread through his famous saying about life, god, fear, and love.

“Strength is the sign of vigor, the sign of life, the sign of hope, the sign of health, and the sign of everything that is good. As long as the body lives, there must be strength in the body, strength in the mind, strength in the hand.”

Does mask wearing lead to evolution !

After the cause of pandemic disease Corona virus, people from all over the world had started wearing mask.

Earlier times Bedouin people in Arabic areas , their costume is in such a way that they had to cover their whole body except eyes… Mouth and nose was also covered inorder to protect from the dust of the desert regions…

Women in rich culture of bedouin
Bedouins..

People living in artic regions too had costumes covering their whole body to protect from extreme cold climate..

Clothing in artic region…

As the density of population increases, and due to the variations occuring in the environment i.e, of the pollution ,people wear mask to protect themselves from harmness.

This is an indication that people after a long time too may have the chance of wearing mask and it may become part of their daily costume.

Thus from prehistoric time onwards costumes have been transformed from the least to the highest ( present) type.

Transformation of costumes till wearing facemask…

This is the reason why I raised the question ..” Does mask wearing lead to evolution ..? “

Kindly Comment your opinion about the subject…

SQ3R. 📖

The so-called SQ3R study method is a popular system designed to strengthen students’ reading muscles. SQ3R stands for “Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review” – and one of its greatest benefits is that it helps you understand more of what you’re reading as you’re reading it – the first time.As a larger methodology, SQ3R can be extended over an entire course, textbook, or semester, but this article focuses on how this step-by-step approach can help you on the SAT Reading Test.

Step 1: Survey

Step 2: Question

Step 3: Read (R1)

Step 4: Recite (R2)

Step 5: Review (R3)

SQRRR or SQ3R is a reading comprehension method named for its five steps: survey, question, read, recite, and review. The method was introduced by francis.p.robinson, an American education philosopher in his 1946 book Effective Study.

This will definitely help you in your daily studies and in examination levels.
