Alluri Sitarama Raju (1897 or 1898 – 7 May 1924) was an Indian revolutionary involved in the Indian Independence Movement. After the passing of the 1882 Madras Forest Act, its restrictions on the free movement of tribal people in the forest prevented them from engaging in their traditional podu Agricultural System, which involved shifting cultivation. Alluri led the Ramba Rebellion of 1922, during which a band of tribal people and other sympathisers fought in the border areas of the East Godavari and Vishakapatnam regions of Madras Presidency, in present-day Andra Pradesh, against the British Raj, which had passed the law. He was referred to as “Manyam Veerudu” (transl. ’Hero of the Jungle’) by the local people.
Alluri Sitarama Raju was born in a Telugu -speaking family to Venkata Rama Raju and Suryanarayanamma. Details of Alluri’s early life vary. An official report suggests that he was born in Bhimavaram Talukand several sources locate it as village of Mogallu, in West Godavari District. More recent news stories name the village of Pandarangi, which lies in the Bheemunipatanam legislative assembly constituency, as his precise place of birth.

He was referred to as “Manyam Veerudu” (Hero of the Jungles) by the local people. Born into a prosperous Kshatriya family in Andhra Pradesh, he gave up everything for the freedom struggle. He took up the cause of the tribal people in the Agency areas, who were being harassed by British officials under the Forest Act, and led an armed rebellion against the British forces.

The Education of the Bose was at the Ravenshaw Collegiate School and went for the University of Calcutta For Higher Education. Subhash Chandra Bose completed higher education at Fitzwilliam College Cambridge. Bose also is known as an Indian National Congress Movement during the British Rule. Here we provide some of the Best Quotes of the Subhash Chandra Bose to inspire the lives of the People.
Subhas Bose was born into wealth and privilege in a large Bengali family in Orissa during the high noon of the British Raj. The early recipient of an unusually Anglocentric education, his teenage and young adult years were interspersed with brilliant academic success, oversize religious yearning, and stark rebellion against authority. In a college in which his five brothers had preceded him, he was expelled for participating in an assault on a professor.
He was also rusticated from the University of Calcutta, but after reinstatement 18 months later he managed to study blamelessly and excel academically. Sent to England at his father’s urging to take the Indian Civil Service examination, he succeeded with distinction in the vital first exam but demurred at taking the more routine but clinching final exam. He cited nationalism to be a higher calling than the civil service.
Returning to India in 1921 to join the nationalist movement led by Mahatma Gandhi and the Indian National Congress, Bose at first worked with C.R Das in Bengal. He flowered under Das’s mentorship. He then followed Jawaharlal Nehru to leadership in a group within the Congress. The group was younger, less keen on constitutional reform, and more open to socialism.Bose rose precociously to become Congress president in 1938. After reelection in 1939, differences arose between Bose and Gandhi. The senior leadership in the Congress supported Gandhi, and Bose resigned as president, and was eventually ousted from the party.
In July 1940, Bose was arrested by the Bengal government over a small protest, and later kept housebound under a strict police watch. In mid-January 1941, he escaped from India in dramatic cloak-and-dagger fashion, heading northwestward into Afghanistan.
Day by Day we are dying for the cause of some reason which was created by we,the humans.
Nature is becoming verse due to the detrimental activities of the people. They threaten nature by polluting and impairing them….
One of such harmful practice is burning of plastic which very perilous..
1. Burning of Plastic
Toxic Air Pollution Due to Plastics.
Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), dioxins, and furans are among the most toxic chemicals commonly released into the air when burning plastic waste; chronic exposures cause cancer and interfere with hormone functions.”
When plastic is burned, it releases dangerous chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, sulfur dioxide, dioxins, furans and heavy metals, as well as particulates. These emissions are known to cause respiratory ailments and stress human immune systems, and they’re potentially carcinogenic.
Plastic Fume Health Hazards
In some cases, especially during prolonged exposures, the effects can be long term and irreversible. Toxic gases emitted by burning plastic materials like dioxins and furans may also cause cancer, impotence, asthma and a myriad of other detrimental effects to human beings.
Hydrogen cyanide results from the burning of plastics, such as PVC pipe, and interferes with cellular respiration. Phosgene is formed when household products, such as vinyl materials, are burned. At low levels, phosgene can cause itchy eyes and a sore throat; at higher levels it can cause pulmonary edema and death.
2. Industries
Industrial wastes including toxins enter in the food chain causes number of undesirable effects to living beings and animals.
Industrial effluent damages the natural biological purification mechanism of sewage treatment causing several soil and water borne diseases.
Industrial processes can have negative environmental impacts, causing climate change, loss of natural resources, air and water pollution and extinction of species. These threaten the global environment as well as economic and social welfare.
For the sake of making products , industries try to create mutation for the conversion of the product.. Thus this type of process result in creation of harmful chemicals ..
Novel Corona is an example of viruses is resultant formed by this way of mutation…
This not only effect humans but also the other creations of nature where they are not responsible for this disaster….
While choosing the politicians of the country, we must be aware of those who we are selecting….
Before we choose the leaders,we should conform whether they are apt for the position that they should not have the role in any of the activities that harm the nature.
Thank you so much for reading!
Nature didn’t select us, we select ourselves by harnessing our nature.
Ayurveda is an alternative medicine system with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent. The theory and practice of Ayurveda is pseudoscientific. The Indian MedicalAssociation (IMA) characterises the practice of modern medicine by Ayurvedic practitioners as quakery. Ayurveda is heavily practiced in India and Nepal, where around 80% of the population report using it.
Ayurveda therapies have varied and evolved over more than two millennia. Therapies include medicines, special diets, meditation, yoga, massage, laxatives, enemas, and medical oils. Medicines are typically based on complex herbal compounds, minerals, and metal substances (perhaps under the influence of early Indian alchemy or rasa shastra). Ancient Ayurveda texts also taught surgical techniques, including rhinoplasty, kidney stone extraction, sutures, and the extraction of foreign objects.
The main classical Ayurveda texts begin with accounts of the transmission of medical knowledge from the gods to sages, and then to human physicians. In SushrutaSamhitha(Sushruta’s Compendium), Sushruta wrote that Dhanvantari, Hindu god of Ayurveda, incarnated himself as a king of Varanasi and taught medicine to a group of physicians, including Sushruta.Ayurveda has been adapted for Western consumption, notably by Baba Hari Dass in the 1970s and Maharishi Ayurveda in the 1980s. Some scholars assert that Ayurveda originated in prehistoric times, and that some of the concepts of Ayurveda have existed from the time of the Indus Valley Civilization or even earlier. Ayurveda developed significantly during the vedic period and later some of the non-Vedic systems such as Buddhism and Jainism also developed medical concepts and practices that appear in the classical Ayurveda texts.
In Ayurveda texts, Dosa balance is emphasized, and suppressing natural urges is considered unhealthy and claimed to lead to illness. Ayurveda treatises describe three elemental doṣas viz. vāta, pitta and kapha, and state that balance (Skt. sāmyatva) of the doṣas results in health, while imbalance (viṣamatva) results in disease. Ayurveda treatises divide medicine into eight canonical components. Ayurveda practitioners had developed various medicinal preparations and surgical procedures from at least the beginning of the common era.
There is no good evidence that Ayurveda is effective for treating any disease. Ayurvedic preparations have been found to contain lead, mercury and arsenic substances known to be harmful to humans. In a 2008 study, close to 21% of U.S. and Indian-manufactured patent Ayurvedic medicines sold through the Internet were found to contain toxic levels of heavy metals, specifically lead, mercury, and arsenic. The public health implications of such metallic contaminants in India are unknown.
Currently in USA, Ayurvedic practitioners are not licensed in the United States, and there is no national standard for Ayurvedic training or certification.
What is ayurveda used for?
Some people use ayurvedic practices to maintain health, reduce stress, and improve flexibility, strength, and stamina. Practices like yoga and meditation can be helpful for people with diseases such as asthma, high blood pressure, and arthritis
The Ayurvedic diet is a meal plan based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicine, a form of traditional medicine dating back thousands of years. The diet involves eating or restricting certain foods based on your dosha, or body type, which is claimed to boost weight loss and support mindfulness
Ayurvedic herbs are a key component of Ayurveda, the traditional practice of medicine of India. Practitioners will generally use ayurvedic herbs to “cleanse” the body, boost defense against disease, and keep the mind, body, and spirit in balance.
Is Ayurvedic banned in Europe?
The EU directive limited the sale of herbal medicines throughout Europe and has severely curtailed the practice of Ayurveda throughout the continent. … Thus, there has been an undesirable consequence of banning most Ayurvedic medicines from EU countries with effect from 1st May 2011.
Dhanvantari
Ayurveda is attributed to Dhanvantari, the physician to the gods in Hindu mythology, who received it from Brahma. Its earliest concepts were set out in the portion of the Vedas known as the Atharvaveda (c. 2nd millennium bce). The period of Vedic medicine lasted until about 800 bce.
Lord Dhanvantari
Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.
Vishu (Malayalam: വിഷു, Tulu: Bisu) is a Hindu festival celebrated in the Indian state of Kerala, Tulu Nadu region in Karnataka, Mahe district of Union Territory of Pondicherry, neighbouring areas of Tamil Nadu and their diaspora communities. The festival marks the first day of Medam, the ninth month in the solar calendar followed in Kerala. It therefore always falls in the middle of April in the Gregorian calendar on 14th or 15th April every year.
The festival is notable for its solemnity and the general lack of pomp. The festival is marked by family time, preparing colourful auspicious items and viewing these as the first thing on the Vishu day( Vishukkani). In particular, Malayalees seek to view the golden blossoms of the Indian laburnum (Kani Konna), money or silver items, cloth(pattu), mirror, rice and other harvest products. The day also attracts firework play by children, wearing new clothes (Koti) and the eating a feast called Sadhya. In Kaineettam, elders give a small amount of pocket money to kids.
The Vishu arrangement typically includes an image of Krishna. People also visit temples like Sabarimala Ayyapan Temple or Guruvayoor Sree krishna Temple or Kulathupuzha SreeBaalaShasta Temple to have a ‘Vishukkani Kazhcha’ (viewing) in the early hours of the day.
Kanikonna
If Onam is the number one festival of Keralites, Vishu takes the second spot. It comes on the first day of the Malayalam month Medam (April), which is also the Spring Equinox, when the duration of day and night are equal.
On the day of Vishu, seeing the Vishukanni (offerings placed in prayers rooms at homes and and in front of deities in temples) as the first thing in the morning is believed to be the harbinger of the year’s prosperity and good luck. The offerings comprise flowers of golden shower (kani konna) tree, vegetables, fruits, traditional lamp, metal mirrors, coins, rice, holy text etc. placed inside a metal vessel called uruli. A lighted bell metal lamp called nilavilakku is also placed alongside. Giving of handsel (kaineettam) by an elderly person in the family to younger members is an integral part of the celebrations.
Many people spend their life,at the mercy of circumstances. Living at the mercy of what happens to them. Living at the mercy of other people. NOT living in the present, because they are stuck in the prison of their past.
If you want to live a GREAT life, don’t allow yourself to be controlled by any of these things.
1. Your Past
Don’t allow your PAST to control your PRESENT or your FUTURE life. Whatever happened, you must let it go. Leave the pain of your past behind…so it can not ruin your future.
Leave the darkness of your past behind so it can not block the light of your bright future. Your past is gone. What happened, whether unjust, cruel ,harsh, whatever the case, reliving the events will never do you any good.
If someone did you wrong, the only way you can win,is if you let go and move on. If you live in hate, they win. If you live in the victim story they win .If you want to win,you must focus on building your future, and start right now.
2. Don’t allow other people’s opinions and judgements to control your life.
The need to fit in and feel wanted can cause you to travel down paths you don’t want to travel. People pleasing in a curse that should be avoided at all costs.
Before you do anything ask yourself: Am I doing this because I want to do it,or because of my fear of judgement from others if I don’t .You were born unique for a reason, you were born to stand out,to be appreciated and loved for Who You Are.
Don’t dim your light so you fit into the full background of other people’s lives. Shine bright As You Are those who really care for you will see that light shine with you.
3. Limited beliefs you project on yourself.
Now,a warning with this one. These beliefs may be conscious, but more than likely they’re unconscious. They may be unconscious limitations that have been conditioned in you from a young age and throughout your entire life,by listening to those around you who never reached for their own dream.
Notice your own limited beliefs and tell them to shut up. There is nothing you can not do,nothing you can not have, and no one you can not become if you believe in yourself!
If you believe anything is possible, guess what, anything is possible! When you change your belief from limited to unlimited, your potential is unlimited. Imagine what you could achieve if you lived your life as though anything is possible.
As though MIRACLES are a standard requirement of every day .As the saying goes:”When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm”. When you have nothing inside holding you back, there is nothing outside that can hold you back either. your entire life will change the very instant you decide to change your mindset.
The instant you decide to see everything as a gift. When you decide to see every circumstance and challenge as a blessing rather than a curse, the very instant you become conscious to the fact that everything is as it should be,and know that fighting what is insane.
4. Relationships
It is a touchy subject. But, if you are always needing another to be happy,to feel complete, then you are always one moment away from a breakdown of that person leaves you or unhappiness,if the relationship you are in is not going well. I am not suggesting to avoid relationships.
There is no force on this earth greater than LOVE and connection. I am talking about those who can’t LIVE if they aren’t in a relationship. Those who will be with just about anyone, including all the wrong ones, just to avoid spending a moment being single .
What I am saying is to develop enough mental strength that you get to the point where you don’t need others to make you happy. you are just a happy being alone,as you are in a relationship.
5.Money
This is what controls the majority of humans on the planet.can you guess what it is ? Money.
This does not mean you shouldn’t what abundance. It doesn’t mean money is evil. you know as well as I do what great things you can do and how many people you can help with money. What this mean is,do not allow your decisions to be controlled by money.
If you are choosing something only on the factor of how much money is involved, you’ve just made the wrong decision. What you will find,is that when you follow your heart, and you lead with your intention to serve others,to give the best of others- EVERY SINGLE TIME, when you follow your intuition and truly GIVE your soul.. then the money will come, and it will come in far greater amounts than if you simply chase money for the sake of chasing money .
So,challenge yourself to live the life you want to live. Free from being controlled by Anything. Find your freedom .Live Fully !
A real man is someone who’s able to make decisions based on what he thinks is right, instead of what he feels like doing. If ‘forever’ is what you’re looking for, then only a real man who has the self-discipline in him can deliver that promise to you. He is completely honest and open with you.
Now it is hard to find a real person because we are all surrounded by fake ones…
People are always trying to escape from the reality because reality is always bitter. Those trying to accept the truth will be definitely success in their life and their personality leads him to become a real man.
A Real Man accepts and admit the mistake and try to make the things right and better…
People are living in a fantasy world and hiding their real face. The face we are seeing daily may not be the real one.
Each one will have different colours. When we are able to remove those fake mask on their face, we will be able to see their real face.
But their real face my not be a characteristic of real man.
True character of a man is not defined by what he does in front of a crowd but instead by what he does when no one else is around.
A real man’s character lies in his patience. You will find out his true personality base on how he handles his anger and his emotions.
You are lucky if you had a partner who rarely raises his voice and has the patience to understand you because that’s what makes him a true keeper.
One such real man are king Ashoka chakra and buddha
The Andamanese are the various indegeneous people of the Andaman islands part of India’s Andaman and Nicobar Islands in Union Territory in the southeastern part of the Bay of Bengal in Southeast Asia. The Andamanese peoples are among the various groups considered Negrito, owing to their dark skin and diminutive stature. All Andamanese traditionally lived a hunter-gatherer lifestyle, and appear to have lived in substantial isolation for thousands of years. It is suggested that the Andamanese settled in the Andaman Islands around the latest glacial maximum, around 26,000 years ago.
The Andamanese peoples included the Great Andamanese and Jarawas of the Great Andaman archipelago, the Jangil of Rutland Island, the Onge of Little Andaman, and the Sentinelese of North Sentinal Island .At the end of the 18th century, when they first came into sustained contact with outsiders, an estimated 7,000 Andamanese remained. In the next century, they were largely wiped out by diseases, violence, and loss of territory. Today, only roughly 400–450 Andamanese remain, with the Jangil being extinct. Only the Jarawa and the Sentinelese maintain a steadfast independence, refusing most attempts at contact by outsiders.
The Andamanese are a designated Scheduled tribes in India’s constitution.
The Sentinelese are perhaps the most aggressive uncontacted tribe that exists. Nearly every attempt at contact has ended in disaster and sometimes death.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands is a union Territory of India consisting of 572 islands, of which 38 are inhabited, at the juncture of the Bay the Bengal and the Andaman Sea.
The Andaman Islands is an archipelago in the northeastern Indian Ocean about 130 km (81 mi) southwest off the coasts of Myanmar’s Ayeyarwady Region. Together with the Nicobar Islands to their south, the Andamans serve as a maritime boundary between the Bay of Bengal to the west and the Andaman Sea to the east. Most of the islands are part of the Andaman and Nicobar islands a Union Territory of India, while the Coco Islanda and Preparis in the archipelago’s north belong to Myanmar.
